Org’s team was engaged to provide expertise and additional capacity to ensure strategic change and improvements to delivery would be defined in line with stakeholder expectations.

Org were engaged to provide a review of the “as is” finance system and to support the business in acquiring a suitable replacement. The review included the entire business systems estate to fully understand the environment in line with business requirements.

Presentation of findings and recommendations provided the basis for a targeted and robust RFP and enabled Huboo to optimise the RFP and supplier selection process.

Led by Org’s Business Systems Partner it included a vendor “beauty parade” against RFP requirements, advice and support throughout the selection process.
