However, as the organisation expanded to support a workforce of more than 500 colleagues across multiple service sectors, its finance operations had challenges with keeping pace with the needs of a growing national business.

Org partnered with Vergo as a Client-Side Transformation Partner, delivering a structured and phased approach spanning from initial assessment through to implementation and post-go-live support. The engagement began with a Rapid Review to evaluate the current state of Vergo’s Finance operations, identifying key inefficiencies and areas of opportunity.
Building on this, Org led a comprehensive Search & Selection process, managing vendor evaluation, RFP development, and stakeholder alignment to identify Oracle NetSuite as the preferred Finance platform. Alongside platform selection, a robust governance framework was established, introducing clear roles, reporting structures, and escalation pathways to ensure control and accountability throughout the programme.
A significant focus was placed on improving data quality and integration. Org oversaw data mapping and migration across critical datasets, addressing long-standing data challenges while designing and implementing a two-way integration between Vergo’s operations system and NetSuite. This ensured a more connected and efficient flow of information across the organisation.
To support successful delivery and adoption, Org provided end-to-end oversight across testing, cutover, and go-live activities. This included User Acceptance Testing (UAT) governance, business readiness planning, and post-go-live support to ensure continuity and minimise disruption. Throughout the programme, Org maintained close collaboration with Oracle NetSuite, driving accountability and ensuring delivery quality at every stage.
