Cyber threats and regulatory expectations are increasing, and many organisations are struggling to keep pace while maintaining day-to-day operations.

But resilience isn’t just about compliance – it’s about enabling transformation safely and sustainably.

We help you build practical, proportionate resilience that supports long-term growth and AI-driven change.

Related FAQs

How do we know whether we’re compliant with current regulations?

We assess your regulatory obligations, current controls, security posture and areas of exposure.

This gives you a clear view of what you’re already doing well – and where gaps or risks need attention.

What does NIS2 (or similar frameworks) mean for our organisation?

We help you interpret the requirements in practical, business-friendly terms.

You’ll understand what needs to change, how urgent it is and how to embed the right controls without disrupting operations.

How do we manage resilience when we have legacy systems?

Legacy technology doesn’t prevent resilience – it simply requires the right approach.

We help you stabilise critical systems, improve visibility and implement risk-reducing measures while planning long-term improvements.

How does AI impact cyber risk and compliance?

AI introduces new risks – such as data privacy, model integrity and shadow AI.

We help you establish guardrails, governance and policies so AI adoption is safe, ethical and aligned to regulation.

Can we improve resilience without slowing transformation?

Yes. Resilience and transformation go hand in hand.

We design improvements that protect the business while supporting change, not blocking it.

Securing Ireland’s Roads: Inside the Rapid Build of a NIS2-Ready Cyber Regulator

In 2024, Ireland’s National Transport Authority (NTA) was appointed as the National Competent Authority (NCA) for implementing the NIS2 directive across the road sector.

At the time of nomination, the NTA faced a blank slate:

  • No established team
  • No budget allocation
  • No finalised legislation

With critical infrastructure—including roads, tunnels, bridges, and digital traffic systems—under its remit, the NTA needed to move fast and build both capability and credibility from the ground up.
