Invoicing Details and Payment Schedule – UK and Ireland

Timesheets

Harvest is our online time tracking system which enables us all to monitor work days and expense claims throughout the month. Harvest is simple and easy to use and can be accessed from smartphones and tablets.

An invitation to register your account will be sent to you from Harvest to your email address. If you have not yet received your Harvest login details please email onboarding@thisisorg.com.

Timesheets must be submitted in daily units and therefore the values accepted are 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.

Timesheets are required to be submitted bi-weekly and must be submitted by the last working day of each month. Invoices will not be processed for payment unless there is an accompanying timesheet or expense claim on Harvest.

Invoicing

All invoices to be submitted to invoices@thisisorg.com in accordance with the below payment schedule. Invoices will need to be addressed to whichever Org entity is named in the Statement of Work:

UK Limited companies invoicing the UK and Irish Limited companies invoicing Ireland will need to include full VAT where VAT registered. EU rules apply where a non Irish Limited company is invoicing our Irish entity and VAT is therefore not applicable.

Receipts for expenses can be provided either on Harvest or attaching to the email with your invoice.

Invoices received after the invoice submission deadlines below will be processed on the next payment run. Payments are sometimes made same-day, so please allow until COP on the payment date for the payment to reach you. Please note that multiple part-month invoices are not accepted, we kindly ask you to submit a single invoice only once all work for the month has been completed.

If you make any changes to your details, please inform us in writing to invoices@thisisorg.com. If you make any changes to your bank details, we require these details on headed paper from your bank in order to confirm and process your invoice.
