Transformation where it matters most.
A complete transformation to deliver exceptional patient care.
The key objective was to build a project management team capable of effecting cultural transformation in the way the charity functions, day to day.
It was all about people: listening to them, respecting their time and empathising with their challenges
We rapidly pulled a new project team together to spearhead the transformation programme.
Our experience of complex projects prepared us to act with tact and respect when defining ways of working, in close collaboration with the people team, and across the wider organisation.
We enacted culture change, together with a communication and engagement strategy to embed new systems and changes to processes, engaging staff in a cycle of continuous improvement together with a seamless transition to improved ways of working.
New ways of working with HR and people services were successfully communicated and embedded
We identified internal capability and recruited new resource to support the changes, getting people onboard in a fraction of the usual recruitment time.
To ensure sustainable behavioural and cultural change, we delivered a forward focused communication and engagement strategy and plan.
We believe there is always a smarter, more collaborative way to do things. So we have designed and built a company that aims to humanise the experience of transformational change for organisations.
We know that if we gather the most authentic, intelligent and inventive people and put the latest technology in their hands, there is no problem they can’t solve or business they can’t help transform and grow.
