We rapidly pulled a new project team together to spearhead the transformation programme.

 

Our experience of complex projects prepared us to act with tact and respect when defining ways of working, in close collaboration with the people team, and across the wider organisation.

 

We enacted culture change, together with a communication and engagement strategy to embed new systems and changes to processes, engaging staff in a cycle of continuous improvement together with a seamless transition to improved ways of working.
